HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Chesterfield Office Chairs are manufactured in Brisbane. When purchasing genuine Chesterfield chairs you are getting a 100% custom made chair for your home or office. For that reason, please allow up to 12 weeks for manufacturing, however the reality is they can often be manufactured in 6 weeks.
On top of manufacturing time, the estimated delivery time frames are:
- For customers in QLD, approximately 3 - 5 working days;
- For customers in VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days;
- For customers in SA, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all products.
While we try our best to ship our products to as many locations Australia wide as possible, please understand that we may be unable to deliver to some remote rural and offshore locations.

SHIPPING METHODS
We have sent Chesterfields to all corners of this vast country, from Esperance in WA, to Hobart in Tasmania, and also up to the tropical far North Queensland.
ORGANISING DELIVERY
Obviously when organising delivery we try to be as flexible with timing, but larger freight companies will generally have delivery windows which need to be adhered to. Extra costs could be included for delivery outside these times.
When your new Chesterfield arrives in store we will contact you to discuss dispatch from our warehouse. If there are any issues with delivery please contact us within 48 hours to ensure we can follow up immediately.
COURIER CONTACT
Depending on where you live, the delivery company may be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product. If you can’t answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number, and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.
In most cases, the delivery company will not deliver on the weekend or public holidays.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
The delivery company will only deliver the product; they will not bring the product into your home unless special arrangements have been made. Please contact us at sales@homeofficedecor.com.au if you would like to discuss unique delivery options.
When you check out your order, you will also be allowed to leave any special instructions for the delivery person. Please ensure that you enter any relevant details required for safe delivery to your address.
