How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
A selection of high quality, great value chairs are ready to go for express delivery. These include Alpha Logic High Back, Atlas 160, Team Air Task, Team Sync, CS One Sled, Countess, Daisy and Iris.
Express Delivery means that we can deliver next day to metro locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
Standard delivery time frames are:
- For customers in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA approx. 3 - 5 working days
- For customers in NT, WA and TAS, approx. 5 - 8 working days
Please add 7-10 working days (upholstering time) for house fabric chairs, and 6 weeks for custom fabrics.
Most task chairs can be supplied quickly in one standard color, usually black.
These chairs can be delivered using the Standard Delivery time frames.
House Fabrics include Black, Cobalt, Grey, Green, Ink, Navy, Red, Wine. These can be selected from the drop-down box on the product pages.
These fabrics are kept on-site in our chair factories.
Delivery time frame is Standard Delivery plus 7-10 working days for re-upholstering.
Non Standard Fabrics
Chairs can be customised using a wide range of non-standard fabrics.
These fabrics are not kept on-site in our chair factories.
Delivery time frame is Standard Delivery plus 6 weeks for re-upholstering.
Valid Phone NumberPrior to leaving the factory, you will receive a phone call to confirm delivery. Please make sure you provide us with a valid phone number on the check-out page to avoid delays.
AUSTRALIAN ONLINE STORE
We are an Australian online store and only deliver to Australian locations.
We offer FREE shipping on all products listed on this website.
While we try our best to ship our products to as many locations Australia wide as possible, please understand that we may be unable to deliver to some remote rural and offshore locations.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

Depending on where you live, the delivery company may be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product. If you can’t answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number, and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.
In most cases, the delivery company will not deliver on the weekend or public holidays.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
