Express Delivery

A selection of high quality, great value chairs are ready to go for express delivery. These include Alpha Logic High Back, Atlas 160, Team Air Task, Team Sync, CS One Sled, Countess, Daisy and Iris.

Express Delivery means that we can deliver next day to metro locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. 

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery time frames are:

• For customers in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, WA approx. 3 - 5 working days
• For customers in NT, WA and TAS, approx. 5 - 8 working days

Please add 5-10 working days (upholstering time) for house fabric chairs, and 6 weeks for custom fabrics.

Standard Color

Most task chairs can be supplied quickly in one standard color, usually black.

These chairs can be delivered using the Standard Delivery time frames.

House Fabrics

House Fabrics include Black, Cobalt, Grey, Green, Ink, Navy, Red, Wine. These can be selected from the drop-down box on the product pages.

These fabrics are kept on-site in our chair factories. 

Delivery time frame is Standard Delivery plus 5-10 working days for re-upholstering.

Non Standard Fabrics

Chairs can be customised using a wide range of non-standard fabrics.

These fabrics are not kept on-site in our chair factories. 

Delivery time frame is Standard Delivery plus 6 weeks for re-upholstering.

We offer FREE shipping on all products listed on this website.

While we try our best to ship our products to as many locations Australia wide as possible, please understand that we may be unable to deliver to some remote rural and offshore locations.

SHIPPING METHODS

COURIER CONTACT

Depending on where you live, the delivery company may be in contact with you by phone to organise a convenient time to deliver your product. If you can’t answer the phone when our delivery driver calls you, they will leave a message with their return phone number, and they will keep trying to contact you periodically to organise a suitable time for delivery.

In most cases, the delivery company will not deliver on the weekend or public holidays.

If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact the courier directly, or our online department at sales@homeofficedecor.com.au.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

The delivery company will only deliver the product; they will not bring the product into your home unless special arrangements have been made. Please contact us at sales@homeofficedecor.com.au if you would like to discuss unique delivery options.

When you check out your order, you will also be allowed to leave any special instructions for the delivery person. Please ensure that you enter any relevant details required for safe delivery to your address.

RETURN POLICY

This product is item made to order and is not eligible for returns except for warranty issues. That means that if you change your mind, we are unable offer you a refund on this product.

We will gladly repair or replace products if they are supplied defective or damaged, or if we have made an error. In this case simply Contact Us by sending us an email at returns@homeofficedecor.com.au.

Manufacturers Warranty

Manufacturers Warranty periods are generally stated on the products page. As per the ACCC guidelines, if products supplied (or part of them) are defective within the manufacturers warranty period, we will:

• Repair or replace the products (or part of them)
• Resupply or fix the problem (or part of them)
• Provide compensation to the consumer

Note that defects exclude general wear and tear, particularly on chair upholstery.

Damage Photos

You are required to notify us within 5 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process.

Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.

Damage Description

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
